We are excited to announce that we are moving forward with the fence along the 164th Entrance. Work will begin on April 3rd, weather permitting and will be done by Bullseye Fencing. We took in and reviewed several bids and chose this company because of material quality and price. We will have a Cedar wood fence with cap and trim giving our entrance an upgraded look that it needs. Work will begin on the far West side and all homeowners have been notified that live along 33rd. Attached is a bid from Bullseye fencing. They have also submitted to us their insurance and workmans comp.
Moving forward we will be posting any news on this website. The best way to contact us is to use the tab “Contact” on our website. This will send an email to all 5 board members and one of us will respond to your email within 24 hours.
We are meeting and talking weekly about things that need to be done. Next on the agenda is to hopefully amend our bylaws and covenants so that we can better enforce violations. We welcome any input on this matter.
We have received a lot of homeowners dues and we thank those that have paid so quickly. Please contact us if you have any questions or issues concerning your dues. We are more than happy to discuss a resolution.
We are working diligently to get things done for our neighborhood. We want great things for Oak Ridge and see an amazing future ahead.
Oak Ridge is the place for families who desire a quality home with active friendly neighbors, people who take care of each other, and their property. Oak Ridge hosts Oak Ridge Elementary Saber Cubs and next to the South Moore High Saber Cats!
We have walking paths throughout the neighborhood and well lit and landscaped entrances on both the South and East entrances. We have an active Homeowners Association which hosts regular meetings, socials, and spring and fall time festivals.
The Oak Ridge Home Owners Association (HOA) is also “net savvy,” using the private social web site “Nextdoor” to better communicate with our homeowners. Oak Ridge homeowners use Nextdoor to share events, list items for sale or for free, post crime/safety concerns and other ideas to make our neighborhood better. Our Homeowners are encouraged to register free with them to gain access to the Oak Ridge HOA section of the Nextdoor website that is reserved for our homeowners. See more in our accompanying “post” on the right, or Click here.
Any suggestions for this website are always welcome.
